The challenge, and what we did

Challenge

Lvlup Futures was a new futures prop firm on a soft launch, with a website that was not built to convert. Its traders are futures traders in the EU and the US.

Futures traders are a demanding audience. They tend to know their markets, their platform and their rules in detail, and they compare evaluations closely: drawdown type, whether it trails intraday or at end of day, position size limits, consistency rules and how fast rewards arrive. A generic promise of funding gets scrolled past. What stops a futures trader is a clear, specific offer.

A soft launch is a common way to start, but it leaves a gap. The firm is live, yet few traders know it, and the website has to do the selling on its own. A site that is not built to convert loses the traders that ads and posts send to it.

Paid acquisition has its own problems. Ad platforms treat prop firm ads as financial content and review them closely. Words many firms use, such as payouts, get flagged, and repeated rejections can put an ad account at risk. A campaign is also only worth running if a buyer costs less than that buyer is worth to the firm, after rewards.

What we did

We built Lvlup Futures a custom website and ran our hard launch strategy, with paid growth on Meta.

The website was built to sell the offer to futures traders. Each account size, rule and price is easy to find and compare, and every page leads to a challenge purchase.

The hard launch turned the soft launch into a planned launch moment. The website, the offer and the campaigns went live together, so every trader the campaigns reached landed on a site that was ready to sell.

Paid growth ran on Meta only. We built the creatives for both social and ads, so the same offer and the same words reached traders in their feed and in their ads. The creative was written to pass financial ad review from the first draft, with wording such as rewards instead of payouts. Across the offers, the 25K and 50K accounts drew the strongest response.

The firm was profitable within 14 days of the hard launch.

Campaigns are measured on buyers and what those buyers are worth, not on clicks. What earns more than it costs gets more budget, and what does not gets cut or rewritten. The budget stays in the firm's own ad account, paid directly to Meta.

The website, the creative and the campaigns are all handled by our own in-house team. Nothing is handed to freelancers.
