Who VerifyLunar is for
VerifyLunar is built for prop firms first: CFD and futures firms that need to know who is buying their challenges and who is receiving their rewards. It is for the people who carry that responsibility inside a firm, from the owner and the risk team to the developer who connects it all.
Why prop firms need identity checks at two moments
A prop firm meets a trader twice where identity matters. The first time is at sign-up, when a new account is opened. The second is when money leaves the firm as a reward.
Checking only once leaves a gap. A lot can change between a challenge purchase and a first reward. The trader may change where rewards are sent. The document used at sign-up may expire. VerifyLunar lets you set a check for each moment, so a low value purchase and a high value reward can follow different steps.
What each decision shows

- Which of your policies applied at the time.
- The reason for the outcome, in plain words.
- Whether the trader can add evidence or appeal.
What VerifyLunar does not decide
Identity and trading conduct are separate questions. VerifyLunar tells you whether a person is who they say they are. It does not decide whether an account broke a trading rule. That stays with your risk team and your trading platform.
It also does not replace the checks your payment provider runs. Many providers verify people on their own terms before they send money, and one pass does not satisfy every provider. VerifyLunar keeps these steps clear, so a trader can see what is still pending and why.
How VerifyLunar fits with the studio
VerifyLunar is our own product, built separately from our client work, with its own accounts and terms. It connects to PropLunar and ChainLunar by default, but you can use it with the CRM and payment setup you already have.
On our Full Scale plan, we set up KYC with your chosen provider as part of launching your firm. Once VerifyLunar is open, it is one of the options we can set up for that work. KYC costs are paid directly by you to the provider, like every third party cost.

VerifyLunar is not open yet. The features on this page are planned, and details may change before launch. We have not announced a launch date, and we will not sell access before the product is ready.
