The challenge, and what we did

Challenge

The old offer was generic and not built for prop traders. We rebuilt the 1 step and 2 step accounts, removed the 3 step, and launched two instant accounts, Instant Air and Instant Pulse, which led the relaunch.

A relaunch like this usually comes when a CFD prop firm has an audience, but an offer that no longer fits it. The firm is live and traders know the name, yet challenge sales do not grow the way the founders expected.

The offer is where most of the problem sits. Account models and rules decide whether a trader buys. Account sizes, the number of phases, profit targets, daily loss and maximum drawdown limits, and whether drawdown is static or trailing all shape how fair a challenge feels. An offer copied from other firms, or changed in a hurry, is hard to explain and easy to walk away from.

A relaunch also carries its own risk. Existing traders need to understand what changes and what does not, or the change reads as instability. That is why the new offer and the marketing that announces it have to move together, not one after the other.

What we did

We run Monetro's relaunch and its marketing.

The offer came first. We rebuilt the 1 step and 2 step accounts so each one is clear about its targets and limits, and removed the 3 step, so a trader has fewer, sharper choices. We then launched two instant accounts, Instant Air and Instant Pulse, for traders who want to skip the evaluation. The two instant accounts led the relaunch.

The rules were written in plain words. A trader should be able to read the rulebook once and know exactly what ends an account and what earns a reward.

The relaunch went live on 14 September 2026. The new accounts, the new rules and the marketing that announced them went out as one story, so traders met a firm that is clear about what it offers.

The marketing runs on four channels. Email keeps existing traders informed and brings back those who passed or failed a challenge, because they are often the next buyers. Social media shows the new accounts in the firm's own brand, on a steady rhythm. Affiliate marketing gives partners a clear offer to promote. Influencers put the new instant accounts in front of traders who already follow them.

The channels work as one path. Each one points at the same offer, with the same words, so a trader hears one story wherever they meet the firm.

Monetro reports more than 2,700 traders.

The whole relaunch is run by our own in-house team. Nothing is handed to freelancers.
