What it is
We build and run the places where your traders gather: your Discord server, the content that keeps it active and your affiliate program. On the server, that means the structure, roles, verification, bots, support tickets and moderation rules. On the affiliate side, it means the commission model, the tracking, the terms and the material affiliates post. Both are run by the same in-house team that runs your marketing, so a campaign, a Discord event and an affiliate push can go out on the same day.

Plan

We tell you what we would build first, and which plan covers it: the server structure, the content calendar and, on Growth, the affiliate model.
Build
Typically weeks 2 to 4
We build the server: channels, roles, verification, tickets, bots and moderation rules. Your team gets admin access and a short guide to how the server runs.
Launch
Typically weeks 4 to 5
The server opens with the content calendar already running, so the first visitors find activity instead of an empty room.
Affiliates
Typically from month 2, on Growth and Full Scale
We design the commission model and terms, set up tracking, bring in and onboard affiliates, and give them approved creative to post.
Review
Every two weeks on Launch, weekly on Growth and Full Scale
A report every two weeks on Launch, a weekly report and a monthly call on Growth, and a weekly call with a live results dashboard on Full Scale. We report active members, support volume and sales by affiliate.

Priced by server size. The affiliate program is marketing work run inside your firm's existing tools. We never build affiliate software. Extra trained moderators are $400 a month each. Affiliate deal costs are paid separately.

Mistakes founders often make
Opening the server with nothing planned
Discord goes quiet without a content plan. A server with forty channels and no reason to return is empty within weeks.
Using Discord only as a support desk
When the only activity is complaints, every new visitor reads them first. Support belongs in private tickets, and public channels need content.
Paying affiliates without clean tracking
Without tracking links and a clear attribution window, you pay for sales affiliates did not make and miss the ones who did.
Letting affiliates write their own claims
Affiliates promote however they like unless you tell them otherwise. An income promise in an affiliate's post gets tied back to your firm, by traders and by platforms.
Setting commission the offer cannot carry
High commission attracts affiliates and eats the margin. We set rates against your reward costs and your cost per buyer.
Compliance notes
Moderation keeps a server safe to join. We write the server rules, set automated filters for scams, spam and impersonation, and give your team a clear path for handling reports. Staff roles are clearly marked, and traders are told that staff never ask for passwords or payments by direct message.
Reward claims follow the same standard as your ads. Reward announcements show real amounts paid, with the trader's consent, and no one on the server, staff or affiliate, promises income or says a challenge is easy to pass. Affiliates disclose that they are paid to promote you, as rules such as the FTC's in the US require, and they work from approved wording. Posts that break these rules come down.

No. We build the server well, keep the content plan running and report honestly on what happens. How active a community becomes also depends on your offer, your traders and how your firm treats them.
