How we write a case file
Each case file has two parts. The challenge describes what a firm of that type usually faces, such as a new CFD firm that traders have never heard of, or a comparison platform competing for search traffic. It is context, not a claim about the client.
The second part lists what we ran for that client, and nothing beyond it.
Where the figures come from
- A figure the client published itself, such as a Trustpilot score, shown with its source.
- Portfolio figures, always shown with the note "Best results across our client portfolio, not typical results".
We never publish a client's revenue, profit or traffic unless the client approves the figure.
