What the calculator covers
Six short steps take you from the type of firm to your runway.
- Firm: CFD or futures, and where your company is set up: a UAE free zone, UAE DMCC, another jurisdiction, or already incorporated.
- Tech: an all-in-one white label, or a trading platform plus a separate CRM. Platforms include MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, TradeLocker and DXtrade.
- Operations: identity verifications per month, and the share of payments by card and by crypto.
- Business model: challenges sold per month, average challenge price, expected pass rate and the share of revenue paid as rewards.
- Marketing: one of our three plans or your own team, plus your monthly ad spend.
- Runway: the months to plan for, and the payout reserve you will hold.
New firms rarely sell their full target from the first month, so you can also set a sales ramp-up.
How to read the results
- One-time setup: company, legal and platform costs you pay before launch.
- Monthly running costs: platform, CRM, identity checks, payment processing and marketing at full sales.
- Break-even: the month your running total turns positive after setup costs, running costs and rewards, or a note that it falls outside your runway.
- Payout reserve: the cash to hold for rewards, based on your highest projected months.
- Risk flags: warnings on choices that often hurt new firms, such as a high share of card payments, which brings chargeback and reserve risk.
Every price shows its source and the date it was checked. Prices we could not confirm on a recent source are marked Estimate.
What it leaves out
- The cost of your own team, if you choose to run marketing in-house.
- Company setup costs outside the UAE.
- Anything specific to your firm that a public price list cannot show.
