Hire us, or build your own team?

What changes when you hire an in-house studio instead of recruiting a marketing team of your own.

Everyone who works on your firm is on our staff.

Everyone here is in-house. No freelancers, no outsourcing.

When your own team makes sense

Once your firm is large enough to keep every role busy all year, and you have a senior lead to hire and run the team, building your own can be the right call. Until then, a studio gives you every skill without the fixed cost of every hire.

What in-house means here

Some agencies sell a team and then pass the work to freelancers or to other agencies. We do not. Every person who works on your firm is on our staff, and the whole team works only for prop firms and brokers.

Strategy, marketing operations, brand systems, video, motion and reels all sit inside one studio. The team reads challenge rulebooks, Trustpilot replies and Discord threads every week, which is why we write for traders the way traders read.

This matters for three practical reasons.

  • One standard. The same people write your ads, design your pages and edit your reels, so the work reads as one firm.
  • One conversation. When your offer changes, you tell one team, and the change reaches the site, the ads and the community together.
  • Your numbers stay private. We never publish a client's revenue, profit or traffic without the client's written approval, and your work never leaves our own staff.

What building your own team takes

A prop firm that markets itself properly needs a wide set of skills. Most of them are separate jobs.

  • Brand and graphic design, for the identity and every post.
  • Web design and development, for challenge pages, checkout and the path between them.
  • Paid media, for Meta, Google and X campaigns that pass financial ad review.
  • SEO and content, ideally in the languages your traders search in.
  • Video editing and motion design, for reels and short form content.
  • Community management, for your Discord and social channels.
  • Affiliate management, to recruit and look after the people who send you traders.
  • Analytics, to tell which of all this is paying for itself.

Each role has to be written up, recruited, interviewed, onboarded and given tools. Someone senior has to set the direction, review the work and make the roles fit together. For a founder who is also building the offer, the platform and the payments, that is a second company to run.

Hiring one generalist to cover all of it rarely works. The person who is strong at video is seldom strong at SEO or at ad review, and gaps show up in exactly the places traders notice.

The prop firm knowledge a new hire has to learn

Good marketers can learn any industry. Prop trading just has more traps than most, and each one costs money while someone learns it.

  • Ad review. Ad platforms treat prop firm ads as financial content. Words like payouts get flagged, so we write rewards. Repeated rejections can put an ad account at risk.
  • Trader trust. Traders check Trustpilot replies, look for proof that rewards get paid and watch how active a firm is on social before they buy.
  • Community. A Discord server launches loud and goes quiet after the first week unless someone plans what happens in it.
  • Search. Comparison sites rank for many of the searches traders make, so a firm's SEO has to compete with them, not only with other firms.
  • Platforms and payments. New MT5 white label licenses stopped in late 2022, and card payments carry chargeback and reserve risk. Both shape how a firm launches and what its marketing can promise.

A team that works only in this industry has already paid for these lessons.

Common concerns about hiring a studio

  • We lose control of our own marketing.

Every account and asset stays in your firm's name, and you see the work in a report every two weeks on Launch, a weekly report and a monthly call on Growth, and a weekly call on Full Scale.

  • A studio will never know our firm the way our own staff would.

Every engagement starts with a detailed audit of your site, your funnel and your marketing. And because we work only for prop firms and brokers, we start from the industry, not from zero.

  • We will be locked in.

Launch has a 3 month minimum. Growth has a 6 month minimum, and Full Scale a 6 month minimum. Because everything is in your name, moving the work later is a handover, not a rebuild.

  • Our results are sensitive.

We never publish a client's revenue, profit or traffic without written approval, and your work stays with our own staff.

When your own team makes sense

Hiring a studio is not always the right answer. Building your own team is usually the better call when these are true.

  • You can keep each role busy all year. A full time hire who has half a job's worth of work is expensive in any market.
  • You already have a senior marketing lead who can hire, direct and review a team.
  • You need one skill, not seven. If all you are missing is a video editor, one hire can cost less than a plan.
  • You want people in your office and your time zone every day, and that matters more to you than range of skills.

A mixed setup also works. Some firms keep a marketing lead in-house and bring in a studio for the work that needs specialist skills. If your own team is the better fit, we will tell you in the audit.
