This website is run by Prop Firm Studios, a partnership registered in Pakistan, at Mall of Faisalabad, Office No. 27, 2nd Floor, Canal Road, Faisalabad 38000, Pakistan.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Prop Firm Studios, and "you" means the person using the site, or the business that person acts for.

These terms cover your use of this website only.

No purchases happen on this site. When we work with a client, the engagement is governed by the signed agreement between us and that client, not by these terms. If the signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies to the engagement.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies. They form part of how the site works, and we recommend reading them too.

The site is for people aged 16 or over.

To buy our services, you must be 18 or over, or be acting for a business. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Requesting an audit, booking a call, joining the newsletter or the waitlist, or taking part in the referral program does not start an engagement and does not commit you or us to anything. Nothing is agreed until both sides sign an agreement.

Please make sure the information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

You may use this site to learn about our services, use its tools, read its articles and get in touch with us. When you use it, you agree not to:

Scrape, crawl or copy the site with automated tools in a way that harms it, slows it down or overloads it.

The content and design of this site, including its text, graphics, layouts, tools and code, belong to Prop Firm Studios, except for material that belongs to others, such as client logos and client work shown with their approval.

You may view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it.

Our media kit may be used for press and editorial purposes, such as articles about Prop Firm Studios. Please do not change our logos or use them in a way that suggests we endorse a product or company.

The launch cost calculator gives estimates only. They are based on public price data and on what you enter, and they are not quotes.

Our trader tools give results based on what you enter and on the rules you choose.

Nothing the calculator or our tools show is financial, legal or tax advice. Third party prices change, so check current prices with each provider before you decide.

Client work and client figures are shown with the client's approval, or as the client published them. Portfolio figures carry this note: Best results across our client portfolio, not typical results. Our disclaimer explains more.

This site links to sites we do not run, such as our clients' sites, our separate products and call booking on Cal.com. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate, secure and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.

To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises about the site, its content or its tools.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of this website is limited to USD 50.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, that come from using the site, relying on its content or tools, following its links or the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent the law allows, the laws of Pakistan apply to these terms and to your use of this site, and the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
